Shipping is done through DHL. Most shipments are sent by
economical ground service. We have EXCELLENT overnite shipping
prices for long distances or during the heat of the summer
months.
There is no charge for the coolers that our products are shipped
in. We have coolers for 2#, 10#, 28#, 40# and 54#
orders. They do not need to be returned. Your zipcode is
required to estimate your shipping charges. Please make it
available at the time of order. An invoice will be sent within
24 hours or less with the estimated date of shipment.
DHL has given us excellent service but we are not responsible for
the performance of the shipping company. If your package
arrives late, not at all or is damaged we will be glad to file a
claim for you. Every effort is made to ensure that your order
arrives in a timely manner and in good condition.
We ship on Mondays, unless it is a holiday. That evening
you will receive an e-mail with your tracking # and the estimated
time of arrival.
