Shipping is done through Ups and Fedex. Most shipments are sent by Fedex economical ground service. We have Excellent overnite shipping prices through Fedex for long distances or during the summer months. Ups and Fedex have given us excellent service but we are not responsible for the performance of the shipping company. If your package arrives late, not at all or is damaged we will be glad to file a claim for you. Every effort is made to ensure that your order arrives in a timely manner and in good condition.

There is No charge for the coolers that our products are shipped in. We have coolers for 2#, 10#, 32#, and 64# orders. They do not need to be returned. Your zip code is required to estimate your shipping charges. Please make it available at the time of the order. An invoice will be sent within 24 hours or less with the estimated date of shipment. We Ship on Mondays, unless it is a Holiday. That evening you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number and the estimated time of arrival.
